We are looking for driven, ambitious, experienced business individuals to join our award-winning network of over 60 centres. Established over 30 years ago, Signs Express is the UK’s leading signs and graphics business and is looking to welcome new recruits to our business via established resale opportunities and exciting new start-up opportunities.

YOUR role as business owner

The most successful franchisees are great communicators, creative and passionate about design, and enjoy the reward of transforming the appearance of businesses and organisations in their local area.

The process starts with a consultation to get a clear brief, allowing your team to design a solution, then create the signage and organise delivery and installation for the client. Typically, our franchisees are not just business owners, they are brand ambassadors, problem solvers, customer service perfectionists and motivators of people…sound like you?

Business management experience – our franchisees usually come from senior management positions and bring a wealth of commercial experience with them, along with an entrepreneurial approach. Growing a strong profitable business is exciting and rewarding in a number of ways!

Natural sales flair – our franchisees are natural communicators and find it easy to forge new relationships. Being able to understand, seek out and secure opportunities comes easily. We pride ourselves on being trusted advisors to our customers offering a consultancy style approach.

People & team management experience – our franchisees and their teams are the life blood of our brand, it’s important that franchisees join us with experience of managing people, understanding how to build, motivate and engage a successful team to deliver throughout your journey with Signs Express.

Creative interest – our franchisees have a creative edge or ability to generate ideas and concepts and see those through to reality.

Problem solving – you do not need signage experience to join Signs Express, but you will be a fast learner and able to navigate a world of possibility to source solutions to your customers challenges. This also means being prepared to roll-your-sleeves-up and get stuck in to make things happen!

Personable & hardworking – our franchisees are hard-working, disciplined, organised and energetic with a passion for delivering high standards whilst maintaining personal relationships. After all, people buy from people.
