With a well-established network and an excellent reputation across the UK, it’s essential to offer expansion opportunities for our franchisees to ensure continuous growth and development opportunities for those with the drive and ambition to propel their businesses forwards and take their turnover to the next level.
Creating a hub and spoke business model, we are seeing more of our centres branching out into their neighbouring territories, allowing them to expand their reach, widen their customer base and demonstrate profitable business growth via our cost-effective model.
What is Hub and Spoke?
‘Hub and spoke’ is a business model that aims to increase our local presence and footprint across the country whilst providing opportunities for our existing franchisees to have larger, more profitable businesses by leveraging economies of scale and growing sales, whilst maintaining overhead costs.
The basic idea behind this model is to have a central production hub that serves as a production centre for several satellite sales locations, or ‘spokes’. Each spoke location or territory generates sales that are serviced/fulfilled by the production ‘hub’.
By leveraging the strengths of the centralised production hub, our franchisees are able to streamline operations, maintain overhead costs, whilst driving sales by reaching a larger customer base.

Whilst we’re always looking for new talent to join our network whether that be via our start-up model or via our resales or rebrands, it’s also critical for us to generate a forward-thinking model to keep our existing network evolving. With a number of our centres already operating under the model, we have key learnings under our belt and we’re thrilled to have enquiries for further expansion into 2026 and beyond.
- Q. Are there any restrictions to expansion?Expand
As a franchisor it is essential that we protect both our franchisees and the brand, therefore we will only let franchisees expand after thorough due diligence to ensure they are financially in the right position to do so. For incoming franchisees, we also only offer expansion after 12 full months of ownership to ensure you are well versed and established in the business.
