  • Q. What are the benefits of a Start-Up?

    Offering you the opportunity to shape your business to suit you, with excellent margin potential, your choice of location and a proven and trusted start-up package, our start-up locations provide a fantastic base for you to grow your business.

  • Q. How much does a Signs Express Start-Up cost?

    Total investment cost for a start-up is approximately £111,000 including your one-off franchise fee*. This comprises the following:

    • Franchise Fee £25,000 (*£5,000 of which is reinvested by the franchisor into your branding, training and marketing launch programme)

    • Vehicles £28,000

    • Machinery & Equipment £28,000

    • Full Premises Fit Out £30,000

    Working capital will also be required in addition to this, to the value of approximately £104,000.

    Where bank funding is required, we will support you with cash flow forecasting and business modelling. Typically, you will require 30% of the overall investment price (£65,000) in liquid capital, with the remaining 70% funded by bank lending.
