The FranchiseeNet is a password protected area of the Signs Express website which is used as a communication tool between HQ and franchisees. It is the first port of call for any of our franchisees for example; to ask advice via our discussion group forum, to order branded materials, download documents and guidelines for franchise activities. Each department has its own shared resource available to franchisees including vehicle outlines, sales letters, an automated eshot facility as well as many template documents. All forms of printed material and merchandise such as mugs, packing tape, pens and clothing are also ordered via the portal.

Technical

Technical provides day-to-day support to the group helping with enquiries such as fonts, logos, advice on sign installation and vehicle wrapping. They also give guidance to centres who have full colour digital printers to keep them at optimum quality output and performance. Their regular technology updates ensure that franchisees stay at the cutting edge of the industry. As experts in their field, the team also test out new products and provide training on new software techniques.
