Starting from your first day of training, you’ll be advised and supported by a team of experts dedicated to helping you establish and grow your business.

As well as getting help and advice in setting up your business, you’ll receive a wealth of ongoing support from the Signs Express team at our head office in Norwich who combine an invaluable mix of industry experience. The team of support staff are always on hand to answer queries and provide advice for any problem you may encounter.

The Signs Express franchise support team manages technical and operational queries, sales and marketing, national accounts and negotiates supplier relationships on behalf of the group. The team offers support and advice on all issues affecting your business, using their industry and specialised experience to offer a breadth of knowledge to the franchisee.

As managing director, Craig has overall responsibility for the growth and development of the business and all departmental activities within head office. Directors Peter Sayles and Tony Marsh support Craig in his activities looking after operations and sales & marketing respectively.
